The technical term would be &#8220;Business Agent in real estate brokerage,&#8221; i.e. the professional whose job is to bring two or more parties together for the purpose of concluding a deal relating to real estate without being linked to any of them.<\/p><p>To become a real estate agent, you just need to take a special 100 hour training course and pass the subsequent (and difficult) professional qualification exam, which, contrary to what one might think, does NOT in any way deal with the topic of construction but focuses solely on the bureaucratic aspect of a sale.<\/p><p>Differently, working as a <strong>Result Real Estate Consultant<\/strong>\u00a0requires, among other things, a <strong>mix of specific skills and experience in the field of construction<\/strong>\u00a0as well.<\/p><p><strong>That is the detail that makes us <span style=\"color: #003366;\">truly unique.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>We at Result believe that to buy a house peacefully, in addition to basic information on the property, people need <strong>expert advice from those who understand construction<\/strong> so as to have a complete picture and make a safe and research<\/strong> and <strong>purchase consultancy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This means that we will be <strong>your personal Real Estate and Renovation Consultant <\/strong>with no connection to the counterparty (the seller) and therefore devote ourselves exclusively to protecting your interests.<\/p>\n<p>If you think about it, it&#8217;s nothing revolutionary. It&#8217;s just a matter of having your own personal consultant who knows the local real estate market and, at the same time, has concrete skills and experience in the field of renovations and building recovery.<\/p>\n<p>But if I have to be honest, the better part of Result is that founding it happened spontaneously. It\u2019s not something I had planned. It just so happened that more and more people began to ask me for advice on houses to buy and work to do, so I connected the dots.
